Terms of use

Last updated November 8, 2026

These terms describe how Resolve My HOA works today. Resolve My HOA is self-help software from Innovative Objects LLC. We are not a law firm, we don't provide legal advice, and using this site doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.

What this is

Resolve My HOA is self-help software for Arizona homeowners and condominium owners who are dealing with a homeowners association. Innovative Objects LLC publishes it. It helps you keep your documents and dates in one private place and gives you general information about Arizona statutes.

We are not a law firm and we do not represent you. Nothing here is legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. It is for Arizona only; do not rely on it for another state.

You make the decisions

You review and approve everything yourself. We do not file anything for you and we do not tell you what you should do in your dispute. What you send to your association, and when, is your choice. If you want advice about your situation, talk to an Arizona attorney. Do that soon if you receive court papers or a lien notice, because those have short deadlines.

Mailing a letter

If you ask us to mail a letter, we print the letter you approved, address it to the one address you confirmed, and send it by USPS Certified Mail in your name and with your return address. You decide whether to send it, what it says, and where it goes. We do not check that the address you confirm is the association's legal address. Delivery dates come from USPS tracking. If a letter comes back or is not delivered, you can ask to mail it again; that is a separate step. Mailing a letter for you does not make us your representative.

Dates and statutes

Dates the software shows come from the statutes it names and from dates printed on your letter. They are general information. Laws and fees change, and a letter can differ from what the software expects, so check the dates against your own documents. The Arizona statute text in the software was last compared with the official source on October 29, 2026.

We cannot promise any result from using this site.

Your account and your documents

You are responsible for what you upload and for the steps you take in your own dispute. You keep your documents. We use them only to run the features you ask for. We do not use customer documents to train or fine-tune any model. Details are on the Privacy page.

You can delete your account from the account page. That removes your login, your documents and your cases. Documents are also removed after the retention period described in the Privacy page.

Paid services

Paid services are not available yet. Prices, what each one includes, and the refund terms will be published here before anything can be bought.
